The membrane water wall is a kind of water wall panel composed of flat steel and pipe welded into an airtight pipe screen, which can ensure that the furnace has good tightness, and can significantly reduce the air leakage coefficient of the furnace for negative pressure boilers and improve the combustion conditions in the furnace. This structure can increase the effective radiant heating area, thus saving steel consumption. The membrane water wall has the advantage of good air tightness, but its manufacturing process is more complex.
