Product Description
The structure of the serpentine tube screen, according to the device method in the boiler, is roughly divided into two types: vertical suspension type and horizontal suspension type. The vertical suspended serpentine pipe screen is generally a single-layer structure, mainly used in the high temperature section of the superheater and the reheater, and the end of the pipe screen is directly connected with the pipe joint of the header, which is hung and placed in the longitudinal direction of the header, and penetrates the roof of the furnace, and is sealed with it through the accessories on the pipe screen; Most of the horizontal suspended serpentine pipe screens are double-layer structures, and the middle is fixed and hung with water-cooled hanging pipes, which are generally used in the low-temperature section of the superheater and reheater and the economizer serpentine tube.
